• Edward Burns’ character says that his job is the producer of Entertainment This Week. Many years earlier, he had actually been a production assistant for ETW.
• The diner where Ben (’Krumholz, David’) and Gio (’Michael Leydon Campbell’ (qv)) have lunch in several scenes is the same diner where Meg Ryan faked the infamous orgasm in _When Harry Met Sally… (1989)_ (qv).
• The original poster for this film was pulled due to the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. The poster showed the pre-attack NY skyline, including the intact WTC and was felt to be inappropriate.
